1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Connect Clound Tech website and learning platform (the "Service") operated by CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at CRISANTO@connectcloundtech.site if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course Access and Licenses

Upon purchase or enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course materials
• Record, download (where not explicitly permitted), or reproduce live sessions
• Use content to create competing educational products
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Payments and Refunds

Course fees are displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Refund policy:

• On-Demand Courses: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
• Live Classrooms: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session. No refund after the session begins.
• Enterprise Licenses: Refund terms are specified in the individual enterprise agreement.

Refund requests must be submitted via email with your order confirmation number.

6. Instructor Content

Course content is created by independent instructors. While we review courses for quality, CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC does not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placement, or professional licensure. Instructors retain intellectual property rights to their original content, granting us a license to host and distribute it on the platform.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users or instructors
• Post false, misleading, or unlawful content in reviews or discussions
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to scrape content or create fraudulent accounts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service or other users' experience

8. Intellectual Property

The Connect Clound Tech name, logo, website design, and platform software are owned by CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. User-generated content (reviews, forum posts) grants us a royalty-free license to display and promote such content in connection with the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Course content reflects the views of individual instructors and not necessarily those of CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONNECT CLOUND TECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to access enrolled courses ceases, except where required by applicable refund policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
